My business card templates come with a 5mm bleed to support both square and round corner card cuts. They also come with and additional set of hi-res jpeg versions that have the personal details blanked out so users without Photoshop can use the templates too, simply load the jpegs into any graphic based software and overlap your details with a text tool on top of the jpeg.
